Stanislav Skvirskiy appointed as CEO of payme payment service
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Stanislav Skvirskiy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Payme, one of Uzbekistan’s leading payment services and a key part of the TBC Uzbekistan fintech ecosystem.
In his new role, Skvirskiy will be responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving the development of new products and services, and overseeing day-to-day operations. He will continue to report directly to Nika Kurdiani, CEO of TBC Uzbekistan.
Prior to this appointment, Skvirskiy served as Head of Financial Products at Payme, where he led the daily banking segment—one of the company’s core business areas. His portfolio included P2P transfers, payment services, transaction monitoring, and digital solutions within the GovTech domain. He joined the TBC team in 2023.

Born and raised in Tashkent, Skvirskiy specializes in building and scaling digital products tailored to local market needs. He brings nearly 20 years of international experience, having worked at companies including GE Money Bank (a division of General Electric) and fintech firm Skybonds.
